		<description>One of the funniest (or saddest, if you own the junior classes) aspects of the CRE CDO was that the collateral manager was also the special servicer for any defaulted loans.  Special servicing is as much of an art as it is a business, whereas I can picture the CIO of NCT yelling at his defaulted mezz borrower: &quot;dude!  you gotta pay your loan, down.  dude!&quot;</description>
