dabard - still working on it. Restoring the java script for the date plug ins doesn't seem to do the trick. Hal was much friendlier even during the bad times, by the way, than code! I will get it sussed though; I miss the dates too.

Thank you. You just experienced one of the hazards of online publishing, "Open the pod bay doors, please, HAL."

The posts, articles and comments are very helpful in a news-sparse environment such as REIT investing. But current events have a habit of becoming history, so the date and time stamp helps keep events in proper chronological order.

So these two mavens now have their opinions preserved for posterity.

Thanks again.

I am the "authors", and I was fiddling with the date header code earlier this week. Unfortunately I am no css, php, javascript or html genius, and I may have wiped out the date stamps on the older posts. I restored the date plug-in just now, hopefully they will reset on the new posts, and I will work through the older ones and insert datelines if need be. Thanks for pointing this out.

Thanks, the "authors"!!

new year's resolution: can the authors of your posts put a date in the first line so we know whether the comments are current or historical? Thanks...
